OPAL’s leadership programming exists to help members grow: as professionals, as leaders, and toward the next step in their careers. The events bring senior leaders into direct conversation with the community, from fireside chats where executives share the real arc of their career journeys, to the Super Charge Your Career series on getting promoted, to sessions like Overcoming Imposter Syndrome. Every May, AAPI Heritage Month programming invites leaders to tell their stories and pave the way for the next generation of Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders. Across every format, the throughline is the same: give people the role models, the guidance, and the practical tools to build leadership skills and move their careers forward.
