Bokeh Story is the portrait studio I run alongside my design career, and Brand Story sessions are its business-facing arm: personal brand portraits, small-business documentary sessions, and corporate executive portraits. Eisterhold Associates, a Kansas City firm that designs museum exhibits seen around the country, brought me in to capture their team, their studio, and the creative energy behind their work. Norterre’s leadership team wanted portraits that looked like them, not like every other C-suite on the internet, so we shot on-location in their own space instead of against a grey backdrop. The throughline across all three tiers is the same: the story is bigger than the logo, and the person or team should look like themselves, not like stock photography.
