I learned early
to read between worlds.
I grew up in Shanghai and moved to the U.S. as a high school junior. Adapting taught me to listen closely, and notice what goes unsaid.

Healthcare, financial services, and other high-stakes systems taught me that good design is more than polish. It helps people understand, decide, and act.
